Alice brings a wealth of experience and passion to the realm of sports, education, and youth development. Notably, she was the youngest NCAA' Head Women's Basketball Coach in her first year of collegiate coaching. After her tenure in coaching, she transitioned into academia, where she spent five years as a professor of Sport Management and Business.
Alice Mullen-Rusin is currently serving as the President of the largest youth basketball program in the nation, overseeing a vast network spanning across 20 states, and providing opportunities and guidance to thousands of young athletes. Additionally, she holds the position of New England Director for 3Step Sports, a leading force in the youth sports ecosystem, where she champions the holistic development of athletes on a regional scale.
